Feb. 19, 2013 - Samuel Adams announced today that for the first time it plans to offer Samuel Adams Boston Lager in a can – but not just any can.  The new can design – the result of two years of ergonomic and sensory research and testing – aims to provide a drinking experience that is closer to the taste and comfort of drinking beer from a glass. The "Sam Can," as the brewers call it, will hit shelves in early summer 2013, just in time for drinking occasions that call for the convenience of a can such as sporting events, boating or the beach.

Feb. 19, 2013 - Black & Decker introduces the new 14" High Performance String Trimmer (GH3000) — an ideal solution for trimming and edging along sidewalks, driveways and borders. The GH3000 string trimmer features a 7.5 amp motor that provides high performance trimming of tough weeds, grass and overgrowth.

"Black & Decker's new High Performance String Trimmer is designed with consumers in mind, so we developed a lightweight unit that still delivers our maximum level of cutting power," said Kate Piche, product manager for outdoor products at Black & Decker.

G&W is a 35-year old New York-based apparel company specializing in manufacturing of licensed, branded and private-label apparel. The launch in apparel further expands The World of Eric Carle in infant and toddler. The World of Eric Carle currently has a multi-category program of toys, games, and gift at mid-tier department and specialty stores and just recently announced renewals with long time partners, Kids Preferred and University Games and new program partners for 2013.

Feb. 13, 2013 - Shopkick, the most widely used real-world shopping app, today announces that Nielsen ranked shopkick as the 34th most widely used of all roughly 1,000,000 mobile apps in December 2012, ahead of other popular apps such as Skype, Yelp, foursquare, CNN, Angry Birds and Fandango. While still trailing giants like Facebook, YouTube and Twitter overall, shopkick dominated the shopping category during the holiday season, with more frequent and prolonged usage than all physical retailers' own apps including Starbucks, Walmart, Walgreens, Kroger, and Safeway.
