Dec. 9, 2013 - Last Friday, global branded play company Hasbro, Inc. helped spread joy to thousands of underserved children in 35 countries through its first-ever Global Day of Joy. The initiative empowered Hasbro's 5,000 employees worldwide to become holiday "elves" and to immerse themselves in community service projects designed to bring joy over the holidays to children in need.

Dec. 6, 2013 - Brixmor Property Group Inc., a national owner and operator of grocery-anchored community and neighborhood shopping centers, received the U.S. Design and Development Award from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) at this year's annual CenterBuild conference in Phoenix, Arizona. Liberty Plaza, located in the Baltimore area, was awarded Silver in the Sustainable Design category.

In a current study, 47% of consumers will online shop this holiday season, an all-time high , E-Marketer also released a study that ecommerce holiday spending during November and December will total $61.8 billion, up $8 billion compared to 2012.
